With this diary we aim to share our experiences with various types of services. We will be posting 6 different incidents each week (3 posts by Kuldeep and 3 by Richa). Not only do we wish to share with you our expectations from a particular service but also our analysis of the same. The service will be analyzed using the Service Trinity structure of Funding Mechanism, Customer Management and Employee Management. Service quality measures will be used as a parameter for assessing the service.
